Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fee.

When You Are Charged

Your card is authorized at checkout and charged once your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment has been successfully processed.

If a payment is declined, your order will not be placed. Please check your card details and available balance, or try a different card.

Security

Zenvair Shop never has access to your full card details. All transactions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original card used for the purchase. Once we process a refund, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Please see our Refund Policy for details on returns and eligibility.
